Hi icepalacegolf,
Being able to sync your app to the correct account is a great way to exchange information between them. I can help go over this with you.
QuickBooks Online makes adding and removing apps easy so you can always get the best app for your needs. In order to disconnect your square app from QuickBooks Online you can follow the steps in this article. You'll have to manually remove the transactions from your QuickBooks Online accountant account by following these steps:
Once it's removed from your accountants account, you can add it to your clients account. If you want to sync square with your QuickBooks Online account and have it update automatically you can follow the steps provided here. You can also have it set up to move the transactions you select by following these steps. Once square is set up with the correct QuickBooks Online account you can then import the information again.
Hope this helps.
Make sure you are not using the same email address to access your QBO and QBOA account.
Thank you. I changed the QBO Accountant email. What next? How do I get the transactions that uploaded to QBO Accountant to appear in QBO?
Make sure you have disconnected the link between Square and your QBOA account. Then you may utilize the trial period of this connector to import historical data and reconcile it into your QBO account easily.
