I need help with my merchant account because I think I made error somewhere I don’t know My payments has been held for weeks now which is straining my business

I have submitted all documents required of me but they still keep asking to upload the same documents I have uploaded many times

Hi,

 

I have been trying to get help from Quickbooks about my Merchant account. 

I tried using Quickbook Chat Support, spoke with Keith at 1-855-253-1536

I further tried lodging a ticket with a case number.

 

However, every time i am told that the QuickBooks will get back to me in 2-3 business days. 

It's been more than two weeks by now.

Thanks for joining in on this thread. Making sure you get the support you need is our number one goal. For security reasons, the best course of action would be to reach back out to the support team outside of the Community, as they will be able to look further into this with you. You can reach them by following one of these methods:

 

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: select (?)Help in the upper right > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > then hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback.
