I received payment, says it’s been deposited. But my bank account still says it has not. I thought payment was instant on direct debit.

Glad to have you post the QuickBooks Community. I'll be happy to share more info in regards to the payment processing timelines for the Online Payments module. 

 

QuickBooks deposits your funds within 5 business days after your first payment. Your first deposits take a bit longer while we set up your merchant account. Afterwards, your credit card payments will deposit quicker, typically within 2 business days. It's important to note that bank transfers require separate enrolment and once enrolled, payments are typically deposited within 3 to 4 business days.

Thank you for your response. My friend uses Quickbooks and direct debits are pretty much right away., and credit cards are typically 2 days. I switched from stripe for this reason also the accounting side.

I see. Just to confirm, has your account exceeded the timelines mentioned above?

Exceeded my timelines mentioned above (that my friend said quite instant on direct debit). Not your initial timelines which are long.

Thanks for getting back to us here.  To learn more about the processing timeline for QuickBooks Online Payments, click here.  If your funds have not been deposited, I recommend contacting our QuickBooks Online Customer Care team at 1-855-253-1536 from Monday to Friday between the hours of 9 AM and 8 PM EST.  They will have the ability to  review of your situation in more depth, so your funds are received as soon as possible!
