Welcome to Community! QuickBooks Online Payments provides your customers with the 'pay now' option on the invoice they receive, so they can pay their account without delay. When the funds do not appear in your associated bank account, it can raise some concern. I would be happy to provide some insight here!
When QuickBooks processes customer payments, the funds are deposited into the bank account you chose, when you signed up for QuickBooks Payments. I suggest reviewing your bank information to ensure it's accurate. If you're new to Payments, the first payments may take a bit longer while we set up your accounts. However, once your accounts are setup, customer payments will process much faster, typically within 2-3 business days. Follow this link to learn more about deposit times for QuickBooks Payments. In addition, you can use the QuickBooks Digital Assistant to check the payment status, see who the payment is from, as well as the amount.
