Invoice sents and reads

They have taken away our ability to see sents and reads of invoices to customers ON the invoices.  ARE THEY actually fixing this or do THEY think it isn't important??  Yes I know I can waste time looking elsewhere every time going in to EACH customer I need the info and see it in another window but THAT ISN'T HELPFUL.   Also ones I am sure I sent AREN'T SHOWING I sent now.   Any help would be appreciated or do I quit counting on accurate backup and send outside of QB?

Thanks for connecting with me here. I'd be happy to help get you back on track.

 

After investigating this in my test account, I was able to view the status of the invoices I've sent. Since you're unable to view this in your account, I recommend clearing your cache and cookies, or trying a different browser, as it may be browsing data that is preventing the software from doing what it is supposed to do.

The cache is not the issue and yes I cleared what little was there.  Our invoices showed when an invoice was viewed and how many times ON THE INVOICE.  This no longer shows.  I CAN WASTE MY TIME AND FIND IT by going to the customer lists.  Obviously your programmers changed this and it was a vital part of keeping up with our customers.  Is this being looked into?

Thanks for getting back to me here. I appreciate you trying those troubleshooting steps. One more thing to try would be using a private browser to see if you get the same results. You can do this by pressing CTRL+ SHIFT+N.

 

If the issue persist, I recommend reaching out to the support team outside of the Community for further assistance. They'll be able to verify your account details, as well as do a screenshare with you to see what may be causing this to happen. They also have the necessary tools to  escalate this if they feel it is necessary. You can reach them by following one of these methods:

 

Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: select (?)Help in the upper right > type and enter "Contact support" into the QB Assistant > click Contact Us > explain your situation > then hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback

Invoice sents and reads

We are having the same issue and it is highly annoying.  It is now our cache - we clear our browser history and downloads history daily on all computers we work on and it persists.
