Hi scott37,
It's you're looking to change your invoice email so they can become more appealing to your customer. I'd be glad to walk you through on how to do this! To do this, please follow the steps below:
1. Select the Gear icon on the Toolbar, then Custom Form Styles under Your Company.
2. To change the design on an existing template, select Edit. To start a new style, select New style, and then select Invoice.
Tip: Preferences and layout changes you've set under the Design and Content tabs affect the PDF and email versions of your invoices.
3. From the Emails tab, select Use greeting.
4. Select the To drop-down, change it to Dear and save your changes.
Changes you've made will be applied on the next invoice you send.
Note: The PDF versions of your invoices have not been "redesigned".

Thanks, but that's not what I was asking. I'd like to use "Hi" as my greeting, not "To" or "Dear." Is there any way to change it in the template so I don't have to change it manually whenever I send an invoice?
I see what you're saying. To change the email greeting, click the Gear icon > Account and Settings > Sales > Messages. From this screen you'll get an option to edit your sales forms the way you desire. The options on that screen are the only ones available for editing emails. If you feel like there needs to be more options, I encourage you to send the valuable feedback to our engineers. You can do this by clicking the gear icon and looking for Feedback. Product ideas and improvements are based on the feedback we get from users like you. Feel free to ask questions.
