Need availability to email my suppliers a bill and also to attach documents just like you can for invoices to customers? Not having this is very inconvenient

The  function you've described above isn't available. I can see the benefit of having this function and I encourage you to send feedback about this to our engineers. You can send feedback by clicking on the Gear icon and looking for Feedback.

I’ve been requesting this function for the past year and have called and left feedback to the engineers multiple times. I have to email my suppliers screenshots of the bills which looks very unprofessional. 

I hear you on this. I also recommend searching for third-party apps that can assist you with achieving this goal. You can search for these apps on our app store www.apps.com. I recommend choosing an app that suits your suits your business needs based on the app description and reviews. Feel free to ask other questions, I'm here to help. 

You recommend paying and subscribing to another app just so I can send a bill I created in QBO? 

That's correct since the function that allows for your suppliers to pay you is unavailable. Our Online Payments is the only module that allows for you to get paid by your customers after sending them an invoice online. If you'd like to send bills to your suppliers then you'd have to set the supplier up as a customer in QuickBooks as a workaround, however, this decision is completely up to you and how you manage your books.
