Pending Estimate search

How can I custom search for estimates for all my customers based on the status of the estimate? It would be huge to be able to scan through all my clients "pending" estimates so I can create a "follow-up" list....

Hi Elektriker50,

Locating and reviewing the status of your estimates, can be accomplished in a few steps.  Here's how;

1. From the left menu, open Sales, then All sales

2. Use the ▼ dropdown menu in the Type field and select Estimates

3. Select a Date range

4. Click on the Customer/Product column to reorder the customer names

You're all set!

Pending Estimate search

Hi Elektriker50,

Welcome to the Community. QuickBooks Online enables you to get your work done faster with the help of the powerful features included in the program. I'll be happy to share more info so you're on the right track with achieving your goals.

The program gives you the flexibility to search for estimates using the Advanced Search feature. In order to take advantage of this feature, click on the Magnifying glass at the top right of your account > once the search drop-down appears, click on the blue link that says Advanced Search > on the search filter, select the matching criteria, and specifically filter it to show the line description. After hitting Search, you'll be able to see the entries you're looking for based on the search criteria you use.

I encourage you to try this out and let me know how you make out. I'll be one message away in case you need additional support.

Thanks A.I. this didn't address my question at all.  Yes, I'm well aware of the Advanced Search function and if you can show me where I can tailor my search based on a "Pending" Estimate Status or a "Rejected" Estimate status or a "Closed" Estimate status or an "Accepted" Estimate Status....then I'll be happy to retract this response and we can go on being best friends.
