Upload a pdf receipt rather than a photo?

I've got a pdf receipt but there's no way to upload it unless I screenshot it and send a photo of the pdf. A massive pain.

Upload a pdf receipt rather than a photo?

Hi, T4walls3000. Thank you for bringing this up. Let's find the best solution for uploading your PDF receipt, as I understand how this could affect your workflow.

First, can you tell me where you are uploading the receipt (through the QBO mobile app or browser)? Do you receive any prompts or error messages?

Please note that if you're using the mobile app, you can only capture your receipt by taking a picture of it. However, if you're using a browser, you can upload receipts directly.

In line with this, PDF is one of the supported file formats. However, when uploading a receipt, it should be an image so that we can capture a photo of it using the supported file types in the system.

For more details, check this article: Upload Your Receipt.
