Welcome to Community! Uploading your receipts with the QuickBooks Online mobile app, is a great way to upload your expenses to your books. When unexpected behavior occurs, there are a few things to review. I would be glad to help!
To get started, I suggest refreshing the app, or uninstall and reinstall it, to ensure it's up-to-date. It's also important to note, if you have a newer iPhone or iPad, your images might be in the HEIC format. QuickBooks supports PDF, JPEG, JPG, GIF, and PNG images. You may need to convert HEIC images to a compatible format. If you experience the same result, you can upload your receipts to QuickBooks Online from your computer, mobile device, or from your email account.
