Can I set it up so that when I'm entering an expense the default is set to Inclusive of Tax?

Hi there,

 

Welcome to the Community. QuickBooks is powerful program that helps you get ahead with your work. I'll be happy to show you how to set up a default sales tax code in QuickBooks. 

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Sales and select Customers
  2. Select the customer's name.
  3. Select Edit.
  4. Go to the Tax info tab in the Customer information screen.
  5. Select a Default tax code from the dropdown menu.
  6. Select Save.
