To record a QST instalment in QuickBooks Online, you can follow these steps:
Navigate to the Taxes Section:
Record the Instalment:
Adjust for QST:
Save the Entry:
If you find that the system still defaults to GST, you might need to manually adjust the transaction in your bank feed to match it with the QST installment you created.

The default tax agency on the Installment screen is Revenue Quebec and it cannot be changed. Also, in Quebec, we remit both the GST and QST to Revenue Quebec.
Unfortunately, this is not resolve my issue.
