There could be something from the app or A2X side that needs to be completed in order to ensure those details are transferred to QuickBooks.
Given that, I recommend reaching out to the support team responsible for the connection or integration between QuickBooks Online and A2X. If you used an app via QuickBooks Online's Apps tab, you can return to that tab, select My Apps, then the app you used to review contact details. If you used an integration, such as through the A2X platform or their website, please reach out to that team to ask this question and get assistance.
