If you're using a mobile app, I recommand that you refresh the app to ensure it's up to date. You can refer to the following steps to refresh the app.

 

For iOS

  1. Go to Menu ☰ and tap Help & Feedback and then Refresh Data
  2. Tap Refresh to confirm.

 

For Android

  1. Tap More Options from the Menu
  2. Select Settings and then Refresh Data
  3. Click YES to confirm.

 

In addition, I encourage you to uninstall and reinstall the app. Once you have reinstalled the app and signed in, you can check if you're able to add taxes.
