To begin, you can add more than one director but you'll encounter an error if you exceed to 20. FINTRAC is a Canadian regulatory requirement and directors should have Canadian addresses. For directors with USA addresses, please follow these steps:
- Enter the business's Canada-based address for the non-Canadian directors
- Upload an additional Word document with the non-Canadian address
