MODULE 1: QuickBooks Online Advanced

This module introduces ProAdvisors to QuickBooks Online Advanced, positions it in relation to other QuickBooks products and explores the commercial challenges that face the sorts of business that could benefit from adoption of QuickBooks Online Advanced.

• Understand who may benefit from QuickBooks Online Advanced  
• Describe the challenges business owners encounter when growing a business

MODULE 2: Specialized Reporting

This module explores the ways that QuickBooks Online Advanced is able to provide insightful business intelligence for clients and enhanced strategic support opportunities for ProAdvisors.

Learning Objectives:

• Describe how to use Custom fields in QuickBooks Online Advanced
• Demonstrate how to use the Performance Center and custom charts in QuickBooks Online
• Demonstrate how to use the Performance Center and custom charts in QuickBooks Online Advanced
• Explain how Smart reporting works using the embedded Fathom and how it can benefit clients
• Consolidate your understanding of the training in the Specialized reporting module

MODULE 3: Feature Enhancements

In this module we review the feature enhancements of QuickBooks Online Advanced that provide accelerated data entry, support in the management of business operations and improvements to the ways that user access can be controlled.

Lesson Objectives: 

• Describe how to create and assign custom user roles
• Demonstrate how to set and assign a workflow
• List the additional things that can be imported using QuickBooks Online
• Demonstrate how to batch enter invoices
• Consolidate your understanding of the training in the Feature enhancements module 

MODULE 4: Enhanced Business Support

This module reviews the feature enhancements of QuickBooks Online Advanced that increase the level of tactical support for your clients and protection for the integrity of their QuickBooks company files and we explore the ways that you, as a ProAdvisor, are able to use QuickBooks Online Advanced to improve the value that you can offer to your clients.

Lesson Objectives: 

• Describe to a client the services available using Priority Circle
• Demonstrate how to enact a backup and point-in-time restore
• Describe to a client how you, as a ProAdvisor, can help take their business forward using QuickBooks Online Advanced
• Consolidate your understanding of the training in the Enhanced business support module.
