Hi there alphagreen613-gm,
It sounds like your business is growing and you want to take advantage of the additional features QuickBooks Online has to offer. That's awesome! I'd be delighted to walk you through upgrading your subscription and adding payroll right in your account.
When you've subscribed to QuickBooks Online through our website, the power to control your subscription and upgrade is available directly in your account. It's just a few easy steps and you can take care of upgrading and adding payroll in the same place. Here's how.
On that tab, you'll see the option to subscribe as well as add payroll. Just click the buttons and then follow the prompts to get started with the new features!
I'd just like to take a moment to highlight one thing Fiat Lux mentioned above. If you do create a new account, none of your current data will transfer over. There may be apps that you can use, like they suggested, to transfer your data, but there's no integrated way in QuickBooks Online to transfer data from one subscription to another. Feel free to do your research if you wanted to go that route.
Also, if you do end up creating a new account, be sure to select "Already have an Intuit account? Sign In" when you choose the one you'd like so that you can keep your same login credentials. You'll also want to consider cancelling your original subscription to ensure you're not paying for multiple subscriptions if you don't want them.
That should get you on your way! For your reference, here's a hub of helpful articles that go over QuickBooks Online Payroll: QuickBooks Payroll help article hub.
Wishing you the best!
