Hi southerncomfortr,
Welcome to Community! Connecting your bank and credit card accounts to QuickBooks Online is a great way to automatically update your transactions. It's important that you're able to link your account successfully. I'd be glad to assist!
If you haven't done so already, I suggest clearing cache on your browser. This will help system performance and increase loading times. In addition, I encourage you to try other browsers such as Firefox, Edge, Google Chrome or Safari. If you still can't connect your bank, log into your bank's website to review any notifications that may need your attention. Also confirm you login credentials, and copy the URL. When you log back into your QuickBooks Online account, proceed to connect your bank and credit cards. Enter the bank's URL, followed by your login information. Here's a helpful guide for your reference, to assist with connecting your bank and credit card accounts to QuickBooks Online.
Feel free to reach back out with other questions. We'd be happy to help!
