CAn an accounting firm, owner, give their bookkeeper permissions to change or assign "user" primary admin?

Thanks for reaching out here. As advised above, only the Primary Admin has full access to all areas of QuickBooks accounts, users and other administrative tasks. To learn more about user roles and access rights, or how to transfer the role of Primary Admin to another user, click here.
