Thanks for reaching out to us here. The error you've received has been reported by other customers, so you're not alone. This has been escalated for further investigation with our Development Team.  

 

However, it is recommended to refresh the sign in page.  If you get the same error, clear the cache on your browser, or try another browser such as Safari, Edge, Google Chrome, or an incognito window.  

 

If the issue persists, please don't hesitate to contact our Customer Care team at 1-855-253-1536 from Monday to Friday between the hours of 9 AM and 8 PM EST. They will be able to add you to the list of affected users, and set you up to receive an email notification when the issue has been fixed.

Does anyone else get 502 Bad Gateway when trying to sign in?

I'm having the same issue and have been struggling with it for about 30mins now.  I've cleared the cache; I've cleared my downloads; I keep refreshing; and I've tried other browsers with no success.

The QB status pages is showing this issue in the UK, US and now Canada.
