Linking bank account

Glad to have you join the QuickBooks Community. It's vital you're able to sync your bank transactions so you can take full advantage of using the program. Rest assured, I'll be happy to share more info and help steer you in the right direction. 

 Here's a helpful article that shows you how to: Connect bank and credit cards in QuickBooks. In case your bank isn't listed, you can request access through your bank by following the steps below: 

1. Navigate to the Banking menu.
2. Click on Link account.
3. Search for the name of your financial institution. If QuickBooks is unable to find your bank, you will get the message, "Hmm, we can’t find [name of the bank you entered] in our list of supported banks."
4. If you’re unable to find your bank, click on Request support for your bank.
5. Enter your bank's web address (URL) in the field provided, then select Request.

I can't connect, I tried to send the URL but no reponse from quickbook? Were you successful?

I got a call back. Allia said the issue has to with them not having the two factor authentication figured out yet. I am waiting for another call where I hope to find out their timeline in having this issue resolved.
