Thanks for reaching out here. It's essential that you're able to update your business information in QuickBooks Online, without concerns.
Please make sure to log in as the Primary Admin of the account and then proceed to update your company information. If the issue persists, I recommend contacting our Payroll Support team. They can take a look at your issue in more depth from their end, and disable the e-Services in your account for you, and ensure your company information is accurate.

It's essential that your company information is accurate in QuickBooks Online. Please contact our Customer Care team at 1-855-253-1536 from Monday to Friday between the hours of 9 AM and 8 PM EST.
