Sometimes browsing data accumulates on your system and prevents the software from doing what it is supposed to do. Can I have you try in a private (incognito) browser to see if you get the same results?
I am having the same problem. Since I tried doing my quarterlies april 1. Still has error message

Thanks for joining us here. If you haven't done so already, I suggest clearing cache on your browser. If you get the same result, open your QuickBooks Online account using a private browser by using these keyboard shortcuts:
