For people running multiple businesses in QuickBooks Online, it may be convenient to open both accounts to get your work done all at once. I'll help you get on track with that.
It's not recommended that you use the same browser to operate two different accounts in QuickBooks simultaneously. Once you're logged into one of your accounts, this will default your browser to that account each time you navigate to and from the web page.
If you'd like to have both accounts open at once, try opening them using different web browsers such as Google Chrome and Firefox.

The QBO desktop app allows multiple cos open at the same time.
Or you can create different "people" in the Chrome browser
Is there any plan to allow us to have two companies open at the same time using the same browser (i.e. Chrome)? This seems like low hanging fruit.

I know the difference being able to work in a single browser can make. That way, you don't have to worry about having multiple browsers on your system just to be able to work with more than one QuickBooks subscription at a time.
For Canada, I don't have any word on whether this is something being considered by our product development team, but you can help put it on their radar by leaving feedback using the steps here: How do I submit feedback? The comments are forwarded to the product team so that they can see the ways that QuickBooks Online users would like to work with the program and consider making that possible. I know last time we spoke here in community I has suspected you may be using QuickBooks Online US. If that is indeed the case, I once again suggest heading to the US QuickBooks Community to get more details on this option for that product since QuickBooks Canada and QuickBooks US don't always have the same features or capabilities.

One QBO account is on primary browser and the other one is incognito browser.
