Hi secchance83-outl,
Welcome to Community! QuickBooks Online enables you to connect your bank and credit card accounts, so you can automatically upload your transactions and save valuable time. However, we are currently experiencing an issue with the connection between Koho and QuickBooks Online. This has been escalated for further investigation by our Development Team. Although I can't provide an ETA for resolution, you can manually upload your transactions in the interim. by following the steps provided here. This process can be somewhat overwhelming, if you've never done a manual upload previously. For that reason, please don't hesitate to contact us. It would be our pleasure to work with you in real time and navigate through the process, so you're back to business as soon as possible!
Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.

Any updates on this? Still trying to link my Koho Mastercard
Is there a solution for this yet? Still trying to link my Koho Mastercard
Try opening your QBO account on any private/incognito browser. If the same error persists, use MT Online or one of the converter tools with a one time license (e.g csv2qbo @ $60) for the time being.

I tried the private browser method and was still met with error message:
"Hmm, we can’t find koho in our list of supported providers.
Can't find your provider? Make a request to add your provider."
I checked out the converter you mentioned, but will that integrate right in QuickBooks so that I can connect my bank transactions?
Has there been a fix to this yet. After years of uploading files manually I’m ready to cancel my subscription and go with someone that can actually import this on its own.
Hello TheGoatApparel,
I completely understand that your goal is to connect your KOHO Mastercard directly to eliminate manual effort. It is valid to expect a seamless connection that saves you time and simplifies your workflow.
At this stage, manual upload remains the only available method to import your KOHO transactions into QuickBooks. It is due to specific security and technical standards required by both financial institutions to create a stable, direct connection. We remain committed to high security protocols for your data during this time.
While the manual file upload is the current path, it ensures your data remains secure while we continue to evaluate the compatibility of various financial services.
If there's anything else I can help you with, let me know in the comments.
