Hello gl1tch87,
Thanks for reaching out to us here! I can understand your concern about having a hard credit inquiry by Intuit. I would be glad to provide some insight here!
When you set up a QuickBooks Payments account, you authorize Intuit to make any inquiries we consider necessary to verify your identity, account information, and/or to determine your current credit report. To learn more about this, you can refer to this article: Intuit Payments Merchant Agreement. It includes topics about eligibility, responsibility, and credit checks to name a few.
Feel free to reach back out with other questions. We would be happy to help!
i understand you get merchant agreement signed in your favour and customers has no options to bypass it when they are taking your services. However is it fair to to hard enquiries within interval of 5 months and is it fair to customer.
We build softwares for automation, but does quickbook intend to make software to make cusotmers crying.
I just checked quickbook did hard enquiries 8 times from my 3 different accounts. First you setup identity once for multiple accounts. why dont keeps track of credit report once they pull it. Why they need to pull it again and again when somone click on a button?
Now my credit score got so bad i can not apply for any credit product. who is responsible.Do you expect me to go to court for this?
