Hi.
When I install QB Enterprise 2020 on a computer that has QB Enterprise 2019 it asks for a license and Product number. It does not accept the license and product number that I have for QB Enterprise 2019.
We have a monthly subscription with Intuit, so how do I get the new license and product number for QB Enterprise 2020?
Thanks

Hello john35,
This is an excellent question and I'm excited to hear that you're ready to get started in QuickBooks Enterprise 2020.
You're absolutely right. When you upgrade to a newer version of the program, you'll need a new license number. As a customer with a subscription, you would have received an email about this around the release date of the product. I recommend checking through your email folders to see if you can find it.
If you can't, don't worry! Just give Enterprise support a call at 1-877-772-9158 and let them know you misplaced your license number. An agent will be happy to assist you from Monday to Friday between 9 a.m. and 8 p.m. ET. Being a Desktop Enterprise user, your support costs are included in your subscription.

@john35 ,
If you didn't get any notification by email yet, try to check on your CAMPS for the new liense information. Anyway, if you don't have any specific reason upgrading to 2020 version, consider to wait until January at the earliest.
What is a CAMPS? We didn't get our renewal email and I need to prep pay cheques for the new year as I will be out of the country. Really don't want to call in.
Hello again, DawnCo2018.
Allow me to clarify. The CAMPS feature that plung mentioned is a US-only account feature that allows you to check these sorts of details through a login. For QuickBooks Desktop Canada, we don't have that. Calling in is the option for Canadian QuickBooks Desktop customers to make sure they have the appropriate license information for their product.
Let me know if you have further questions about that. I want to make sure you get this taken care of so you can take care of your books and payroll for the new year.
