Hi there,
Having your bank transactions in QuickBooks allows you to mange your transactions with ease. Rest assured, I'll be happy to help troubleshoot this issue so you can get back to doing what you love.
First, I'd like to start by doing some troubleshooting to determine if this isn't a browser related issue. When was the last time you cleared cache and cookies on your browser? Doing this will help fix most issues the site may be having. Here's an article which shows you how to do that: How to clear Cache and Cookies. Give this a try and if you're still having issues, I recommend contacting our support team using this link.
The issue seems to be that your import system essentially requires a perfected import CSV. Your support offered the below link, part of which says to remove numbers from the description text of the transaction. Surely QB understands that the vast majority of vendors have their phone number or other number identifiers in their transaction description.
Having to edit every single line item is un manageable time waster. Advertising saying that its as simple as exporting from your bank and importing to QB is just not true.
I had similar problems until I change the date format in the csv file from mm/dd/yy to mm/dd/yyyy
