Island savings 2026 connection issues

For now, let's update your online banking credentials since automatic transaction importing will be enabled.

1. Go to the All apps menu, select Accounting, then click Bank transactions.
2. From there, choose the appropriate account.
3. Select the Pencil icon, then select Edit sign in info.
4. In the Sign in to account window, enter your new login credentials and click Save and connect to save your changes.

This is a broader community issue resulting from a new login system for Island Savings Credit Union, now TRU Cooperative Bank, not an individual login issue.  Is QBO currently working on a fix?

FYI - I had a 90 minute call with the QuickBooks team. Did a full walkthrough / screen share of the issue. Support was very good, but they need to escalate it to the backend team. They are working on it. I'm hoping it gets resolved soon - I get updates every Friday on the status. 

I'm getting an error 109 message (for a few weeks now)... it says password has expired. I updated password through the bank and it doesnt seem to matter. This started when Island Savings switched to new ownership.
