This is a broader community issue resulting from a new login system for Island Savings Credit Union, now TRU Cooperative Bank, not an individual login issue. Is QBO currently working on a fix?

FYI - I had a 90 minute call with the QuickBooks team. Did a full walkthrough / screen share of the issue. Support was very good, but they need to escalate it to the backend team. They are working on it. I'm hoping it gets resolved soon - I get updates every Friday on the status.
