I'd like to start off by troubleshooting this issue to determine if it's a browser-related issue. Clearing cache and cookies is a great way to clean your browser allowing it to work more efficiently. Here's an article that shows you how to do that: How to clear cache and cookies. If this doesn't work, I suggest using a private/incognito window to see if that works instead. Try this out and let me know what happens.

I just had the same issue. As the comment above. I had about 11,000 in business mileage categorized, over $6k in deductions (see photo). As I was reviewing, I edited 4 trips to change to personal. I am absolutely certain I only selected those 4! The page froze, I refreshed & cleared my cache to improve the performance of the page. One it pulled back up, to my horror, ALL the mileage moved to personal. Please help!! As you can see from the 2 screen shots, my business miles were calculated & now it is complete removed.
Same issue here. All the business trips are showing zeros in potential deductions.
Please advise how to correct this.
