How do I import QDF files that are from Quicken Home and Business 2013?

WHat I read on line says to download the Convert Quick file for the year of the data and then go to quickbooks 2024 - file utilities and find the convert tab but my version does not have it

The ability to convert your Quicken Data to QuickBooks Desktop isn't available in Canada. As suggested above, you will need to review other options with third party apps.
