At this moment, QuickBooks POS terminal isn't available in QuickBooks Online Canada. I encourage you to find a POS that can be integrated with QuickBooks.
If you'd like the QuickBooks POS terminal included in Canada, I recommend that you send us Feedback by clicking on the Gear icon at the top. This is sent to our Development Team to consider for future updates.
