Each time I open my quick books pro 2024 I am getting a message that there is a new quick books software update, unfortunetly it will not update. Any suggestions

closed quick books, opened again and even restarted computer.
Internet connection is fine i have no problem opening any sites at all

I have tried numerouse times to do the update and it stays the same.
I have ended the tasks of what was there
started quick books as admin
done the update again
