Making sure your transactions are entered into your books is important for any business owner. Quickbooks Self-Employed allows you to enter transactions from a CSV file in order to save you time with data entry. I can provide some assistance with this.
One cause for your file not being able to be uploaded would be browsing data. Temporary files such as cache and cookies can affect your browsing within any online software like QuickBooks Self-Employed and cause errors when uploading files. As mentioned by Fiat Lux - ASIA, one step to try and resolve browsing data issues would be to try an Incognito or Private browser window.
