I recently had to change from Desktop Premier Contractor to a subscription service for same. I am no longer able to print to pdf because a component is missing. I have completed all the suggestions provided by the learning centre and still have the issue. Anything else I can do or do I need to uninstall the new subscription service and reinstall to get this to work?

I am having the same issue, using windows 11 pro on a desktop version. I go in and try to print a "profit loss standard report" (parameters are from Feb 2023 to Nov 2023), I have done this style of report many times before, but having issues in the last while. I generate the report on QB then try to e-mail the same report in pdf to an e-mail and there are errors, firstly, a box pops up and says "report can't fit on printed page" then another box pops up named "Intuit Printer Library", it tells me the following: The report you re printing will be blank because there was no data to report on. Try adjusting the parameters of the report or changing or removing report filters.
The next box that pops up says " Quickbooks can't complete the current action due to a missing component, etc. I have downloaded the hub software to run the printer/pdf repair module, I have run the two other repair items in that software. In the end, it doesn't fix my issue.
Run the Verify/Rebuild Data utility. Did you encounter any error message?
where do I find this utility?
sorry, found it. ran both utilities, no issues
Try opening the sample file. Did you encounter the same problem?
