T4 slips and summary are printing all grey shaded. Can't read numbers clearly. The T4 Summary was fine - it's only the slips and it's both the employer and employee copies. I tried to print to PDF and then from that but the results are the same. These grey shaded muddy looking T4 slips. HELP

I tried that and cleared everything since I could not find the filter. But that's okay. The T4's still won't print cleanly from the QB desktop program but if I export to PDF and print from there they are good. Extra step but at least I can get them done.

Good morning - I did all the updates with the Hub and it didn't make any difference. I would still like this resolved but I will use PDF in the meantime.

Thought I had replied but appears it did not post. Tried calling them but after half an hour she couldn't provide any solutions either. So back to the two step PDF solution I guess.

Well that didn't work either. Archie had me change the browser and then reboot the computer. That didn't do anything - in fact made the matter worse. And because I was on chat I lost the feed. Feeling very frustrated with Quickbooks right now. All I want is to print T4's for my clients.

I suggest switching to Single User Mode by going to the QuickBooks File menu, then select Switch to Single-user Mode.
