I suggest clearing cache on your browser, if you haven't done so already. In addition, I recommend trying other browsers to see if you get the same result. Recommended browsers include, Google Chrome, Edge, Safari, Firefox, or a Private/Incognito window. Follow this link to learn what to do, if you get an error message. You can also review QuickBooks Online bank feed status and updates here.
If the issue persists, please contact us outside of Community. This will provide us with the opportunity to work with you directly and investigate the unexpected behavior in more depth from our end. In the interim, you can manually upload your transactions so your account remains balanced and up to date.
