QuickBooks won't allow me to send invoices via email. I have selected outlook as the preferred method but it keeps coming up with close any open outlook windows. It won't send with or without outlook open or closed

I did your procedure and was able to go into the send forms and see 5 emails waiting to send. I pressed send now and they went. I then tried to send another invoice and the same error message came up saying to cannot send email and close all open outlook windows. Did that and again will not send. The new email is shown in the send forms section but will not send again.
