You will be receiving an email for the FINTRAC update, @hcygan.
QuickBooks Online (QBO) will email you to confirm whether you're compliant with FINTRAC. This email will be sent to your registered email address. Please check your spam folder as well.
If you still haven't received the email, I recommend contacting our Live Support Team. They can investigate further and provide updates regarding FINTRAC compliance.
Here’s how you can reach them:
- Go to the Help icon in the top right-hand corner.
- You can use the QB Assistant by entering your question or topic, selecting Search, open an article, and then press the Contact Us button.
- Select a topic or enter your question in the box and hit Continue.
- On the "How would you like to connect with us?" page, choose either Have us call you or Chat with us.

Otherwise, connect with them directly through this website. Simply choose your QBO product, then select Continue.
