Hello EDDYACCOUNTING,

Thanks for reaching out to us her.  QuickBooks Online enables you to download and save your reports effortlessly.  I would be glad to assist!

If you haven't done so already, I recommend clearing cache on your browser.  I also suggest trying other browsers such as Firefox, Edge, Google Chrome, Safari, or a private/incognito window.  Proceed to download your transaction report by following these steps;

1. Go to Settings Settings gear icon. and select Chart of Accounts

2. Locate the desired account and click on Run report from the Action column

3. Adjust the Report period, then customize the report as you see necessary

4. Click on the download icon in the top right

5. Select Export to Excel

If you're still not able to export the report, it may be due to user permissions.  In this case, I recommend reaching out to the Primary Admin on the account, to review your user role and access rights.

Should you require additional assistance, please don't hesitate to contact our Customer Care team outside of Community.  They will be able to work with you in real-time, and review the issue in more depth.
