It's happening to me too atm. I have no idea how to fix it and I can't even send a help message, it will let me type it but not send it.

If you haven't done so already, I suggest clearing cache on your browser. This will improve loading times and increase system performance. If you experience the same outcome, try another browser such as Safari, Edge, Google Chrome, Firefox, or a private/incognito window. Schedule a Callback or start a Chat: click (?) Help in the upper right in QuickBooks Online > enter "Contact support" > hit Contact Us > provide a brief summary of your situation > hit Let's Talk > choose Get a callback or Start a Chat.
