It's always nice to hear from our QuickBooks Community members. QuickBooks Online is a streamlined version of the QuickBooks product designed to help people keep on top of their record keeping. One of the features you'll find in a desktop product and not in the online product is adding interest to unpaid invoices. Noelia Nievas shared the options for entering these types of charges. I have some additional information to share.
You may find a third-party app that can help. You can browse through the apps that will integrate with QuickBooks Online in the Apps section in the left column.
