Hello 9511,
Glad to have you connect with us here. I'll be glad to point you in the right direction so you can get the previous bank reconciliation reports in QuickBooks Online. The program is designed to help make your accounting easier and I'll be glad to share more info about this.
Here's how to view the reports on your end:
I encourage you to check out this helpful article that shows you: How do I view, print, or export a reconciliation report? Let me know if this information helps. I'm here to help you achieve your QuickBooks goals.
Once I chose the bank account the screen did not provide any date options to choose and would not let me type any in??
I have some troubleshooting steps to help you move forward with your business, Dove.
Before we begin, could you clarify whether you're trying to reconcile but can’t select the date, or if you’re having trouble accessing reconciliation reports? Are you receiving any error messages? Providing additional details or a screenshot will help me pinpoint the issue.
Meanwhile, add Intuit as a trusted site, clear your browser’s cache and cookies related to Intuit, and ensure you’re using the latest browser version with a stable internet connection, as these factors can affect performance.
After completing these steps, log in to QuickBooks and check if you can select or enter a date when choosing the bank.
If the problem persists, I recommend contacting our live support team. They can assist via a screen-sharing session and guide you through the next steps to resolve the issue.
The Community is always here to support you whenever you need help.
