Hi there,
The good thing about QuickBooks is you can import multiple invoices at once. The following information is also imported:
However, at this time, the option to import invoices with classes isn't available. One workaround, would be manually assigning classes when they're imported or you can consider checking out third party applications which will help import the invoices with classes. To do this, visit the QuickBooks App Center through this link https://apps.intuit.com/.
Additionally, to learn more about importing invoices, you can check out this reference:Import multiple invoices at once.

I also want to import invoices with classes. I have just upgraded my subscription to Plus so that I can use classes, but now find that I cannot import invoices with the class specified, so back to manual entry! Will this be added or do I need to go back to the drawing board?
You need to utilize the importer tool as I mentioned earlier.
This functionality still does not seem to be available 3 years later. Why have QuickBooks developers not added this functionality. This is a major drawback in efficiency
