custom role - running customer statements

Hello

 

I created a new role for a team member to run invoices (QB Advanced). User has Full Access to Invoices (no other Sales items), and that's it. She is unable to run customer statements. Is there a workaround for this?

It's a pleasure to see you in Community. Welcome!  QuickBooks Online Advanced, provides the ability to create and manage custom user roles and permissions, as you prefer.  I would be happy to provide more information, so you can grant the required access to your team!

 

Once you've set up users with the access necessary for their role, you can choose what they can see and do in other areas of QuickBooks. To learn more about user roles and permissions in QuickBooks Online Advanced, click here

Thanks, but that doesn't address my question. What do I have to select to enable my colleague to run statements?

Hi robh3,

 

Thanks for getting back to me here.  In the guide provided, your colleague should be able to create statements with Full access to Sales.  If you're still not able provide the necessary access, please contact our Customer Care team at 1-855-253-1536 from Monday to Friday between the hours of 9 AM and 8 PM EST.  This will provide them with the opportunity to review this in more depth, and escalate it for further investigation if needed.
