Hi,

I want to send a french email in payment reminders for an invoice. It doesn't let me use accent in the body of the email message. Is there a way to do it? for exemple; reçu or à

When I write in French in the body of the email and press save, an error window appears. 

It says; QuickBooks couldn't save one or more schedules. Try again.

In order to help isolate the issue, could I have you try a different browser or use a private/incognito browser window instead? I'll be on standby.

I don't know how to do that. I work from home, connected to the office.

When I go to payment reminders, schedule a reminder using STATEMENT, they ask me to use an email template, i chose one in french and it works. 

When I use INVOICE, I don't have that option, so I have to change the email message. It shows me an error when I type in french. I just want to make sure you understand my problem.

Can I talk to you on the phone if it's possible??

I see. Since I work solely on online, I can assist you here. However, if you prefer support via phone, you can reach out by dialing 1-855-253-1536 from Monday to Friday between the hours of 9 AM and 8 PM EST. Let me know what works best for you.

Can you figure it out  what is my issue? 

I use QB desktop. I just have to click on the icon on my computer to access QB.

No, after I wrote the text I press OK and in the window where the schedules are I press SAVE and I see the message of error.

It will be better for me to make a call tomorrow, it will be more efficient for me.
