This is not a question,its a statement. Never ever use their merchant services. Over 31 days hold of a credit card payment. Not due to the customer, qb is withholding.

I'm only one week into having credit card payments withheld and customer service can't give a reason for not releasing my monety.  There's absolutely no reason for it but reading other conversations regarding the same issue, it doesn't seem like QB is trying to resolve the problem.  Isn't there something at least a bit illegal about this?  How is QB getting away with it over and over.  This seems to have been going on over an extended period of time.

I appreciate you joining us here.  With QuickBooks Online Payments, your first deposit can take a little longer than expected, while your merchant account is set up.  Your funds are typically deposited within five business days after your first payment has been received.  Following that, it's a little quicker, usually within two business days.  If funds are unexpectedly held, an email will be sent to the Principal Officer listed on the bank account, with information and instructions for what needs to be done.  To learn more about how bank deposits work, click here.
