Powered by the Intuit Accountant Suite, this improved global program gives firms of every size expanded benefits, future-focused education, and a connected community—so you can grow high-value advisory services and build the firm you want. It succeeds the ProAdvisor Program in early 2027.

Unlock efficiency and insight—at no extra cost

ProPartner Accountants is built directly into the Intuit Accountant Suite (IAS), so your client files, communications, automated reminders, and firm tier and reward status all live in one place. You get the time savings and clarity to make faster, smarter decisions for your firm and your clients.

Support that speaks your language

Every support expert is trained in financial principles and accountant-specific workflows, so whenever you call, you reach someone who understands how you work. As your firm grows, your support scales with you—higher tiers unlock experts with deeper specialization matched to the complexity of your work.

Top-tier tech to power your firm

The My Books feature in IAS gives you QuickBooks Online Advanced, Payroll Elite, and Time Tracking at zero cost to your firm. Upper-tier partners also get free IAS Accelerate, which surfaces client insights and benchmarks and flags anomalies across your financial metrics and data. You'll keep the core pricing you rely on, too: 50% ProAdvisor Preferred Pricing on QuickBooks Online (excluding Ledger and EasyStart) and 30% on QuickBooks Payroll, plus an additional 15% off per employee.

Education to deepen advisory acumen

Our curriculum is expanding beyond software proficiency to build the soft skills and critical thinking that define a modern advisor—helping your team move from manual bookkeeping into higher-margin Client Advisory Services.*

Coming soon, a purpose-built Training Manager inside IAS will let firm leaders assign learning pathways—like AI for accountants, communicating to build trust, or analyzing financial reports—and track progress in near real-time. The Resource Hub also offers customizable toolkits with co-marketing materials, sales resources, and onboarding guides to help you level up your practice.

How to get started

Starting in Fall 2026, we'll share more details about the program and your projected tier. To get ready for the transition, take three steps now:

1. Switch to Intuit Accountant Suite: ProPartner Accountants lives inside IAS, so you'll need to switch to gain access. Your primary or company admin can switch from QuickBooks Online Accountant in the firm tab under billing and subscriptions.
2. Verify your team’s certifications: To earn a tier above Member, at least one person in your firm must hold an active certification.
3. Consolidate consoles: If your firm has multiple accounts in QuickBooks Online Accountant, plan to consolidate them so your projected tier reflects the full scale of your book of business.

What’s next

ProPartner Accountants is one part of a bigger picture. Intuit is building toward a unified global partner program across all partner types—more details to come in Fall 2026.
