Payroll Subscription

I went to do payroll today and I received a warning message saying "You have 11 days left to use your QuickBooks Desktop payroll subscription."   We are up to date with our monthly payments.  Does anyone know why?

Thanks for reaching out to us here.  The warning message you've describe is also appearing for other QuickBooks Desktop customers.  Please be assured that you'll be able to continue with Payroll without interruption.  This has been caused by a glitch on our end, and an email is being sent out to our valued customers, that your subscription will continue without disruption.
